Refund & Return Policy

We take great care in the craftsmanship and quality of every garment we produce. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our products, the following refund and return policy applies:

 

Refunds will be honored only if the garment is returned in its original, unworn condition, with all original tags fully intact and attached. Garments that show any signs of wear, use, alteration, damage, or washing are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Once a garment has been worn, it can no longer be accepted back into inventory and therefore cannot be processed for a return or refund.

 

Each eligible order will be provided with a return shipping label to facilitate a smooth and secure return process. Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt to verify that all eligibility requirements have been met before a refund is approved.

 

Please note that refunds will be issued only after the returned garment has passed inspection and been formally accepted. Any items that do not meet the stated return criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
